VIDEO: Hernanes' sensational curling effort helps São Paulo defeat Botafogo

Sao Paulo hosted Botafogo in a Brasileirao clash on Wednesday at Morumbi stadium. 

The home side took the lead after 10 minutes through Brenner and he added a second 17 minutes later. Botafogo were reduced to ten men after 34 minutes when Marcelo da Conceicao Benevenuto was sent off and Sao Paulo killed off the contest with a penalty scored by Reinaldo Manoel da Silva right on half-time. Botafogo were unable to fight back and Hernanes got on the scoresheet in the 90th minute to complete a 4-0 win. Take a look at Hernanes' goal in the video above!

Sao Paulo are top on 50 points, seven clear of Atletico Mineiro while Botafogo are second from bottom on just 20 points.
