Borja Iglesias scored twice during extra time as Real Betis beat Real Sociedad 3-1 in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey.

Mikel Oyarzabal gave Real Sociedad the lead on 13 minutes, but things went pearshaped for the visitors in the second half. Asier Illarramendi was harshly sent off in the 48th minute for a second yellow for a foul when he did not seem to make contact with his opponent. It was ten a side when Toni Sanabria was dismissed 15 minutes from time in the thick fog at the Benito Villamarin and then Sergio Canales' 78th minute equaliser took it to extra time.
In extra-time, Borja Iglesias struck in the 96th minute and then 111th to give Betis a 3-1 victory after extra-time.
