VIDEO: Andreas Pereira’s long range stunner v Tolima
Brazilian midfielder Andreas Pereira found the net with a brilliant long range strike for Flamengo in the Copa Libertadores last 16 first leg against Tolima.
Flamengo travelled to play Deportes Tolima in a Copa Libertadores on Wednesday.
The Brazilians took the lead in the 17th minute when Andreas Pereira, on loan from Man Utd, scored a brilliant goal from long range to give the Brazilians the lead. The Colombians tried to get back into the match, but were unable to find a goal. Take a look at Pereira's goal from the contest at the Estadio Manuel Murillo Toro in the video above!
The second leg of the contest takes place on Wednesday 6th July at the Maracana stadium (02:30 CET on Thursday). The away goals rule does not apply and Deportes Tolima need a goal to force extra-time.
