Vidal responded to Mbappe: 'Learn from South America, we invented football'
Arturo Vidal responded Mbappe for the words he once said about South American football when Argentina were crowned as World Cup winners.
The World Cup final between Argentina and France had a huge impact. The South American team won their third star and the 'Albiceleste' received numerous congratulations, one of them from Arturo Vidal.
The Flamengo player congratulated Scaloni's squad and Messi, as he shared a dressing room with him at Barcelona. After that, the midfielder responded Kylian Mbappe.
The Chilean player did not like the PSG striker's words about South American football: "Argentina and Brazil don't have that level of competition in South America, the football is not as developed as in Europe. That's why if you look at the last World Cups it's always the Europeans that win," Mbappe said.
Arturo Vidal dedicated a message to Mbappe on his social media after Argentina's victory: "Learn from us South Americans, the ones who invented football."
