Gabriel Jesus scored right at the death to snatch victory for Manchester City over Southampton, taking them to the unprecedented 100-point mark in the Premier League.
It looked to be heading for a 0-0 draw at St. Mary's but City had one last trick up their sleeves.
Kevin De Bruyne lifted the ball over Southampton's defence which Jesus brought down impeccably with the sun searing down.
The Brazilian forward then dinked it over Alex McCarthy and into the back of the net to seal all three points for City.
The victory means Pep Guardiola's side finish the season with 100 points, a new Premier League record.
