Napoli want to keep Fabian at least until 2023. According to 'Il Corriere dello Sport', Aurelio De Laurentiis has presented him with an interesting formula: a renewal until 2024, with a salary increase and a clause of 30 million euros so that he knows he can leave next summer if he wants to.

At the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, it is clear that the only thing that interests them is to get through the season in the best possible way. And, if possible, with Fabian in their ranks.

The midfielder's contract expires in 2023. Napoli want him to renew to prevent him from leaving for free in a year. Barca and Madrid, among others, are very attentive to Fabian. If the Italian club does not manage to convince him, more than one will bid for him this summer.

To try to prevent that, Napoli have made him an interesting offer, according to 'Il Corriere dello Sport'. President De Laurentiis has reportedly offered to sign him for just one more season, until 2024. The midfielder would get a salary increase.

But more importantly, Napoli would include a buyout clause in the new contract. For only 30 million euros, the player could leave for any club he wants.

In this way, Napoli would achieve their goal: they would retain Fabian for 2022-23 and keep him away from Madrid and Barca until then. He, in return, would have the security of being able to leave for any other club for a more than affordable price
