The challenge facing Luis Suarez at the Anoeta
Barcelona face Real Sociedad on Sunday, with striker Luis Suarez no doubt having set his sights on achieving a feat that he has yet to manage during his time with the Catalan side.
As reported in 'Sport', the Uruguayan has scored just two goals against the Basque outfit during his Barcelona career, with both of those coming at the Camp Nou. That means that Suarez, feared throughout La Liga for his goalscoring instincts, has yet to score at the Anoeta.
With that in mind, the former Liverpool man will no doubt be keen to break his duck against a notoriously difficult side to play against on home turf.
Barca are well aware of the threats posed by Sociedad in San Sebastian, having claimed just two points form their last seven trips to the Basque country.
The La Liga pacesetters are thought to be determined to continue their unbeaten run, which now stretches back 28 matches.
Barca are looking to re-establish their nine-point lead at the top of the table when they face their bogey team, after Atletico Madrid squeezed past Eibar on Saturday to close the gap to six points.
