Sterling missed an open goal
Saturday's early match against Burnley was finely poised at 1-0 to the away side after 71 minutes when Raheem Sterling missed a golden opportunity from 3 yards out that would have likely put the game to bed.
With Burnley equalising late on, City boss Pep Guardiola will be lamenting what could have been.
The England international could not have been in a better position as he got himself on the end of Kyle Walker's cross, with the goalkeeper nowhere near, but somehow he contrived to put the ball wide.
Overall it wasn't Sterling's best game and he was subbed off with 15 minutes to go.
