We now know 20 teams. EFE

As the EURO 2020 qualification draws to a close, we are now closer to knowing the groups before the draw on 30th November.

Some key info: the 24 teams will be divided into 6 groups of 4; the top seeds will be based on the qualifying ranking, and the host countries will be in the same group.

With 20 teams already qualified and some to play in the playoffs, Spain, who are a top seed, could draw France and Portugal in the same group. A 'group of death'.

This would happen because Spain are in pot 1, France in 2 (also with Croatia, Netherlands and Russia) and in pot 3 are Portugal, Turkey and Sweden. Wales are in pot 4.

There will be 16 teams in the playoff fighting for 4 spots. The 4 winners will be in pot 4.
