The top leagues in Europe were marked by some incredible goalscoring feats this weekend, so of course Cristiano Ronaldo got in on the act, replicating the feat achieved by Mo Salah and Mauro Icardi by scoring four against Girona.
Having already completed his hatrick, Ronaldo was clearly in the mood for more as the game drew to a close at the Bernabeu.
Toni Kroos slid a cross into the 12 yard box and Ronaldo was on hand to connect, Real Madrid's sixth of the night.
It has completed an incredible turnaround for Ronaldo, who scored the same amount of goals tonight as he did in the first half of the LaLiga season.
He has overtaken Luis Suarez in the quest to be top scorer in the league, and finds himself on three goals behind Lionel Messi, who has 25 compared to Ronaldo's 22.
