With West Brom falling further and further behind the pace in the race for Premier League safety, Salomon Rondon's opening goal against Leicester City on Saturday looked like it could prove to be of vital importance for the 'Baggies'.

Youngster Oliver Burke found a yard of space down the right after getting in behind Ben Chilwell and the Scot swung an inviting ball into the box.

Rondon read the former RB Leipzig man's intentions perfectly, sliding in to guide the ball past Kasper Schemeichel and into the back of the net.

The goal was the Venezuelan's eighth of the season as West Brom looked to initiate another great escape.
