France continue to have injury problems at the back end of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Dayot Upamecano and Adrien Rabiot did not train the day before the important semi-final clash against Morocco.

France had two players absent in training on Monday. Neither Aurelien Tchouameni nor Dayot Upamecano were with their teammates 48 hours prior to the semi-final against Morocco. This Tuesday, the Bayern defender did not train either. In addition, Adrien Rabiot was the latest French player to join the injury list.

According to 'L'Equipe', the Bavarian central defender and the Juventus midfielder were not with the rest of the group on Tuesday. Both footballers did work in the gym on the day before the match with Morocco.

In addition, the same media outlet revealed that Ibrahima Konate and Youssouf Fofana are set to replace Upamecano and Rabiot respectively.

The defender has pain in his throat and the midfielder has a cold, according to the French paper.
