Osasuna are working the make their game against Athletic Bilbao even more special. The 24th October will be their centenary and they have asked the CSD if the public can be allowed into El Sadar as a result.

Osasuna played their first-ever game on 24th October 1920. Almost 100 years later, the club are looking to celebrate the occasion, and for that, they need the crowd that have been key for the team since their creation.

Osasuna have contacted the Navarra Government to explore the opportunity, The key decision will be made by the CSD, who will have the final say.

With the kick-off date yet to be confirmed, there is a chance that the game, which is nearly a Basque derby, could fall on the 24th October itself.

'Mundo Deportiva' confirmed that there is still no concrete permission to let the public in, but the centenary could be a reason to make an exception and we could see the first La Liga game with fans in the stands since March.
