OFFICIAL: Tottenham sign Reguilón
Tottenham have completed the signing of Real Madrid full-back Sergio Reguilón. The Spaniard has joined until 2025.
Sergio Reguilón has moved to the Premier League. The player completed the move to London on Saturday.
The player has moved for around 30 million euros and becomes Tottenham's fourth signing of the window. He will wear the number three shirt.
Last season while on loan at Sevilla, Reguilón played 38 matches and netted three goals. He earned his only Spain cap against Ukraine in September 2020.
He is likely to be Spurs' first of two signings from Real Madrid as they are expected to announce the signing of Gareth Bale on loan.
"A product of the youth system at the Bernabeu, Sergio spent two separate spells on loan at Spanish Segunda División B side UD Logroñés between 2015 and 2017 before returning to become a regular for Real Madrid's 'Castilla' second-string team, also in Segunda División B, in 2017/18, playing a number of games as their captain", Spurs said on their website.
