Man Utd have announced that Cristiano Ronaldo has rejoined the club from Juventus. It marks a return after 12 years away.

It is now official. Cristiano Ronaldo has left Juventus and he is back in the Premier League. He has back at Man Utd for a second spell.

The 36 year-old was at the club between 2003 and 2009 after signing from Sporting Lisbon. He scored 118 goals in 292 matches before joining Real Madrid. He was at the Spanish outfit for nine seasons, where he won the Champions League four times before making the move to Juventus.

There was talk of Ronaldo going to Man City after the Portuguese told coach Max Allegri he did not want to play for the club again, but in the end, the Sky Blues pulled out. United took advantage and have got their man. Ronaldo will reportedly join on a two year contract and the transfer has cost them 25 million euros.
