Odriozola closer than ever to signing for Roma

The former Fiorentina and Real Sociedad footballer did not play a single competitive match for Real Madrid in the 2022-23 season and he only played 20 minutes in the 1-0 friendly defeat in Las Vegas against Barcelona.
According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', his agent Giuseppe Bozzo was at the Stadio Olimpico and, after the meeting with the board, said: "Good meeting with Roma."
The same media outlet reported that Odriozola would join the Italian side on loan until the end of the season. Madrid would not be opposed to his departure, as he is not in Ancelotti's plans.
