According to 'Mundo Deportivo', despite Real Madrid being repeatedly tipped as Neymar's next destination, the Brazilian is reportedly also considering a move to oil-rich Manchester City.

If Neymar is to leave Paris Saint-Germain, the teams that could afford to pay his transfer fee and wages can be counted on one hand. The forward cost an astronomical €222m when PSG bought him off Barcelona, and if he were to be prised away from the French side, the fee would almost certainly be even higher than what PSG paid for him

One of those teams are the 'Galacticos' Real Madrid, who have been persistently linked with Neymar for months now. If he does leave, Madrid are the best placed to sign him, and have been closely monitoring his situation in Paris.

However, another of the world's richest sides, Man City, would also have the financial firepower to bring the Brazilian in. The 'Citizens' are intent on European domination, and bringing in such a star would be a statement of intent as they aim to become a continental giant.

A move to City would see Neymar join up with Pep Guardiola, a world class coach that he didn't get the chance to work with at Barcelona, with the Spaniard leaving for Bayern before the forward arrived.

Neymar's father has recently come out to quash rumours that Neymar wants out of PSG. Neymar Sr. and Jr. both met with PSG chief Nasser Al-Khelaifi in Brazil, assuring fans that the player's future is in Paris.

Nevertheless, according to 'Mundo Deportivo', Neymar's entourage are considering all options while the forward recovers from his broken foot, and the prosect of a move to Man City is attractive, due to the promise of Guardiola's project and the draw of playing in the Premier League.

City's financial pull is unquestionable, meaning that they wouldn't have a problem paying the Brazilian the €35million that he earns yearly at PSG. Furthermore, reports from 'OUL Esporte' suggest that the agent that ushered in Neymar's record-breaking move to PSG has recently met with the player to propose a hypothetical contract offer from Real Madrid. This shows that a move away from France is clearly on the cards.

Neymar has plenty of time to consider his options as he recovers from his foot operation. He is reportedly progressing well, and will look to be fit for Brazil's World Cup campaign, although it is unlikely to feature for PSG again this season.
