As reported by 'Sport', the Napoli board ruled out the signing of Neto Murara in this transfer window. The Neapolitan club would have opted for Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Neto Murara is one of the players who is not in Xavi Hernandez's plans for next season. For this reason, the club's board are looking for a way out of the transfer market.

As reported by 'Sport', in the last few days, the former Valencia player was one step away from agreeing a move to Napoli, who are looking for a top goalkeeper to replace David Ospina, who left for Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr in the current transfer window.

However, when everything seemed to be going in the right direction, the Italian club ruled out signing the Brazilian and opted for Kepa Arrizabalaga, who could leave Chelsea on loan this summer.

As a result, Napoli will not sign Neto and the goalkeeper will have to find a new club for next season, as he will not have a place at Barcelona. Fulham, in that sense, emerge as candidates to get him.

The English club, recently promoted to the Premier League, would be willing to offer him a good contract, while Barça will accept his departure in order to get rid of his salary and thus reduce the wage bill of the squad.
