Julian Nagelsmann spoke about RB Leipzig's star and confessed that, for his price, he knows he will end up in another club in 2020.

One of the men who has returned in great shape after the COVID-19 hiatus is Timo Werner. The German striker has continued his great performance in a breakthrough season for RB Leipzig, which is why the club is well aware he will leave.

After the 4-2 victory over Köln, Julian Nagelsmann spoke of his likely departure. "There's nothing to be done about it. He knows what he has here and what he has with me," said the Leipzig club's coach.

"I've explained to him that he has a lot of options to continue growing here. I don't know if it will help him much, but I tell him that every day," continued Nagelsmann, who acknowledged that the 50 million euros that Werner costs puts him closer to an exit.

"A player has to feel that he can improve. If he doesn't feel that, we don't have to keep telling him to stay. In the end, it's his life and his career. He decides. I can't think of anything new to say to him," concluded Nagelsmann.

Several teams in Europe are following the striker, with Liverpool keen to sign him. However, it may be that teams like Inter Milan, who have already sold players and will have money to sign, can fight for his arrival.
