Contractually Juventus would be unable to stop Real Madrid if they wanted to resign the Spanish striker at the end of the season. 'Los blancos' have been impressed with Morata's impact at Juventus so far this season and would be able to re-buy him at the end of the season.

Juventus would be unable to stop Florentino Pérez should he wish the return of Morata to the Santiago Bernabéu. The contract with the 'Vecchia Signora' finishes on July 30th, and Real Madrid have the option to buy back the player for 32 million euros.

Even though the Italian's are thinking about renewing and improving Morata's contract, it does not worry Florentino, as a clause was placed within the current contract which means Juventus are unable to stop Real Madrid.

If Juventus were to offer Morata a fresh deal, it would only be valid if Real Madrid waiver the option to buy back the player.
