Since breaking into the world of football some three years ago with AS Monaco in Ligue 1, Kylian Mbappé has become a global superstar, and he is still just 19 years old.
The striker helped fire his country France to win their second World Cup crown this past summer in Russia, but the youngster is not content to rest on his laurels, as he continues to elevate his aready lofty status within the game.
After earning the title of one of the most expensive players ever last summer, with his move to French giants Paris Saint Germain; Mbappé's impressive display against Germany this week had fans claiming that he could perhaps be in the running for 'World's fastest man'.
In France's UEFA Nations League tie with Germany this week, the forward demonstrated his raw ability by using his blistering pace to fly past multiple Germany players, before shimmying past Mats Hummels, and firing a wicked low cross into the visitor's penalty area.
Sadly for Mbappé, none of his French teammates could keep up with his pace, and so the would-be fabulous assist was eventually dealt with by the German defence.
