Porto are considering re-signing Eliaquim Mangala from Manchester City, according to O Jogo.
The 25-year-old has been deemed surplus to requirements by new Citizens boss Pep Guardiola, and his spell in England looks as though it will be cut short, having only arrived back in 2014 from Portugal.
Porto, who let the France international move to the Etihad Stadium in 2014 for £32 million, will now offer the defender an escape route, but are unlikely to match the price which they received for him two years ago.
