Manchester City have reached a verbal agreement with OGC Nice for the loan of their defender Juma Bah, who went on loan to Lens after joining the Sky Blues in January.
Juma Bah decided to leave Valladolid in January to try his luck in England. The Sierra Leonean defender was loaned to Lens until June 2025 just after being announced by Manchester City and after finishing his loan, it seems that he will have to spend another season away from his parent club.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Cityzens have reached a verbal agreement with OGC Nice for Bah to spend the 2025/26 season in Ligue 1 on loan. Although Olympique Lyon also wanted to land the defender, they have finally dropped from the race.
The promising 19-year-old center-back had a successful loan spell at Lens during the second half of last season, making 26 official appearances at the age of 19.
Nice will thus reinforce their defense ahead of next season, when they will play in the Europa League after finishing fourth in Ligue 1 with 60 points.
