Lukaku and Lautaro combine to put Inter ahead in Milan derby

Inter drew first blood early on in Sunday's clash with AC Milan. Romelu Lukaku, on the counterattack, but the ball from the right hand flank and Lautaro Martinez, with a header, opened the scoring after five minutes.

The second placed team in the league were officially at home to the leaders. However, home advantage never really exists when Milan face Inter. 

Inter were looking to extend their lead at the top at the San Siro and they got off to a flying start. With less than 10 minutes gone, Antonio Conte's men were already ahead

On the counterattack, Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez combined and Inter opened the scoring after five minutes. 

The Belgian striker, at the second time of asking, since his first cross was blocked, put in a ball from the right hand side with his left foot and the Argentine, from the middle of the box, headed home with surprising ease.
