With the constant speculation regarding the future of Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, Luis Enrique has already been heavily linked with a move to England. However, going by reports in the Spanish media on Sunday, the league may be correct but it might not be with the 'Blues'.
Sources close to the former boss have reportedly confirmed to the aforementioned newspaper that he wants a return to football and he will do it in the Premier League.
Chelsea would be the logical choice because of the uncertainty at the club at the moment following their back-to-back league defeats to Bournemouth and Watford.
Nonetheless, Roman Abramovich doesn't necessarily offer the greatest job security to his managers and this could be sticking point in potential negotiations. If the Premier League holders don't secure Enrique services, where else could the former Spanish professional footballer go?
Apparently, Arsenal could be another potential destination with Arsene Wenger's job also under a lot of scrutiny, especially after his side lost 1-0 to North London rivals Tottenham on Saturday.
The 'Gunners' would be a better choice long-term as the board manage the club extremely well, something that Enrique is accustomed too during his time at Barcelona, but it depends if they will splash out to land the decorated head coach.
Whichever club the 47-year-old decides to choose, it looks as if we will be seeing him at the healm somewhere very soon.
