Jürgen Klopp's Liverpool host Leicester on Sunday in a key match for the Premier League lead. The German coach, therefore, is not taking one of England's most in-form teams lightly.

Leicester have returned to the level that led to their historic 2016 Premier League title. That team was crowned the best team in England, and this one, at least for the moment, is on the same path.

Klopp is aware of the level of his next rival. Anfield will host a duel at the top of the Premier League. "Leicester is Leicester. They are really good. A real great team," the German coach said at the press conference before the match.

Nine victories in 12 matches between all the competitions are not achieved overnight. Former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has set up an ambitious and winning project with the Foxes.

Rodgers himself warned of this at the start of the season: "Everyone doubted how we would start after losing the Champions League on the last day of last season. It was a lesson, not a failure".

The King Power Stadium team has made the best start to the season in its history with 18 points out of a possible 24 so far. But success does not allow relaxation, especially for a team that is not considered a 'big' one.

And Vardy is once again the emblem of this Leicester. The English striker, at 33 years of age, is experiencing his second youth and has already accumulated eight goals, in addition to being one of the five survivors of Ranieri's Leicester, along with Fuchs, Schmeichel, Albrighton and Morgan.
