The report states that Steve Walsh, who was the man responsible for bringing Leicester's star players Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante to the club for absolute peanuts, has been monitoring the 23-year-old at Borussia Monchengladbach.
The Belgian has impressed this season in the Bundesliga following his move from Chelsea last summer, scoring three goals and supplying three assists in 27 appearances.
