Joao Felix picks out Suarez who becomes joint top scorer in La Liga

Luis Suarez had to wait a couple of minutes, but he was able to celebrate a goal after a VAR intervention. The Uruguayan player got away from his marker and Joao Felix spotted it. 

Suarez received a pinpoint pass from Felix and he put the ball into the back of the net. The linesman's flag was raised though. 

Suarez beat Ledesma, who had no chance of stopping the goal on this occasion. Referee Adrian Cordero Vega waited for a decision from VAR David Medie Jimenez, who ended up awarding the goal. 

The Atletico Madrid man was in line with the defender. That was his fifth goal of the La Liga campaign and he has gone level with Oyarzabal when it comes to the fight for the Pichichi.
