The Brazilian continued the party atmosphere of the game, scoring a lovely goal in the 88th minute to make it 5-0 to City, on the day that they got to celebrate winning the Premier League title.
The forward was played in by Yaya Toure, who dinked a ball behind the Swansea defenders, and Jesus timed his run to perfection, leaping to head the ball past Lukas Fabianski.
