Randal Kolo Mouani scored France's second goal against Morocco to make it 2-0. The striker, after advancing to the World Cup final, explained his goal and made it clear that the match against Argentina will have to be prepared as just another game.

Striker Randal Kolo Mouani confessed he is still "emotional" after France qualified for the World Cup final in Qatar and said he was "proud" of his goal because "you had to follow the play".

"I was following Kylian (Mbappe)'s play and although it was luck, you had to be there, at the right moment to score. I'm proud," said the Eintranch Frankfurt player, who scored France's second goal in the semi-final against Morocco.

The striker said he was confident of winning the final against Argentina, "a very difficult opponent", but which, he said, must be prepared "as just another game".

"Argentina are a great team, we will approach it as we do every match. I believe that with our mental strength and group strength we can do it. It's not just any game, but we have to face it as if it were," he said.
