Inter interested in City pair
Luciano Spalletti is looking to reinforce the backbone of his Inter squad and has now turned his attention to Manchester City pair Nicolas Otamendi and Eliaquim Mangala.
The Italian side have seen a number of key defensive players leave this summer and have now made it a priority to strengthen their back line.
Acording to 'Gazzetta dello Sport', Otamendi is the Italian side's prefered option of the two City defenders, but Spalletti understands they are more likely to agree a deal for Mangala as he is not first choice under Pep Guardiola.
It is understood that Mangala would be open to a move away from the Etihad as he seeks more playing time in a bid for a place in France's World Cup squad next summer.
