Inter are looking for reinforcements for the second half of the season. According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', Inter will try and get two signings in the January transfer window: Luka Jovic of Real Madrid and Cagliari's Nahitan Nandez.

Inter are the defending champions in Serie A and they are dreaming about winning the Serie A title once again. At the moment, they are third in Serie A with 17 points, just four off leaders Napoli.

But the Italian outfit know they need to make a couple of improvements to the squad in order to make it perfect. 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' says Inter are looking for two transfers in January.

According to the Italian paper, Inter have got Real Madrid's Luka Jovic and Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez on their radar.

It is not the first time Jovic has been linked as a possible reinforcement for Inter. In previous windows, the Serbian's agent ended up offering him to Inter on several occasions.

'La Gazzetta dello Sport' believes that Inter this time will be able to get him for the second half of the 2021-22 campaign. The paper highlights his "strength, his experience" and, especially, his price. He is "not too expensive."

The Italian paper supports its claim with comments made by Inter CEO Marotta during the 'Festival dello Sport' in Trento: "In January, Inzaghi could get two new signings."

'La Gazzetta dello Sport' is no doubt that the two possible reinforcements Marotta is talking about are Jovic and Nahitan Nandez. That said, in order for the Real Madrid man to come, Inter must first sell Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean earns seven million euros a year and if they manage to terminate his contract, they will then be able to go after the Serbian.
