Nottingham Forest on Saturday confirmed the signing of forward Igor Jesus from Botafogo for a reported £10 million (12 million euros). The Brazilian has signed a four-year deal until 2029.
Igor Jesus, 24, joins directly from the Club World Cup, where he scored twice for the Brazilian side.
"I am very happy to be part of this new chapter, especially at a club like Forest," said Igor Jesus.
"I didn't have to think twice when I saw the offer. I liked the project they presented to me, and I am delighted to come here and hope to do a great job. I will give my best to achieve great results and bring happy memories to the whole Forest family."
