Neto has made his first comments as Bournemouth goalkeeper. The former Barcelona goalkeeper has expressed his gratitude to the Catalan giants and revealed that his "dream" has always been to play in the Premier League.

Neto is already speaking as AFC Bournemouth goalkeeper. The 33-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper, after signing a contract with the English side until 2023, has made his first comments to the club's official channels.

After ending his time at Barcelona, Neto has joined the Cherries on a free transfer, with whom he says he will fulfil his dream of playing in the Premier League.

"I have had wonderful experiences in Spain and Italy, but my dream has always been to be here in the Premier League. It's very important for me to come to England and I hope to give my all for this club," said the experienced keeper.

He added: "I think my experience can be important for the team. Bournemouth have amazing players and I hope we can do great things together. Barça are a club where I have learned a lot and they have given me the opportunity to play with some of the best players in the world, and that's a wonderful thing.
