Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah have taken home the Premier League's monthly gongs for November, being named Manager of the Month and Player of the Month respectively.

Salah was in fine form last month, scoring seven goals in four games as Liverpool navigated November without losing a single game.

Those goals moved the Egyptian into top spot in the Premier League goalscoring charts, with strikes against West Ham (2), Southampton (2), Chelsea (1) and Stoke (2) helping him move above the likes of Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero in the race for the Golden Boot.

Guardiola meanwhile wins the manager's award for the third month running, with only Antonio Conte having matched that particular feat.

The City boss guided his side to four victories in four games during November, with those wins coming against Arsenal, Leicester, Huddersfield and Southampton respectively, though the Spaniard was indebted to Raheem Sterling's late goals in the latter two games.

Guardiola saw off competition from Jurgen Klopp, Sean Dyche, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger to claim the prize.
