Antoine Griezmann scored a penalty to put France 2-1 up against Germany.

The Atletico striker scored his second goal in 20 minutes when he sent Manuel Neuer the wrong way to put his side ahead.

Blaise Matuidi had won the penalty in controversial circumstances, when he appeared to tread on Mats Hummels' sliding foot, sending him sprawling.

The Germany players were incensed at the decision, surrounding the referee.

However, the fracas didn't put Griezmann off, who calmly fired to his right in the 80th minute as the keeper dived the other way.
