It was 2014, Grealish, at just 19 years old, was making a name for himself in the Aston Villa youth team. Specifically, on 23th April of that year, Madrid beat Bayern Munich 1-0 in the Champions League semi-finals, a fact that the player celebrated with a tweet that read "Hala Madrid", accompanied by several emoticons with the Spanish flag.
