Barca announced this Saturday that, thanks to Pique, they would be able to register Memphis Depay, Eric Garcia and Rey Manaj. However, La Liga warned that they still had to revise the documentation. Now, everything appears to be in order, given that both appear on the league's website, meaning they will be eligible to feature against Real Sociedad.

Some good news for Ronald Koeman. The Dutchman will be able to count on two of his summer signings, Memphis and Eric Garcia, for the start of the 2021/22 season. The two players now feature in the list of recent La Liga signings, as both names appear on the website of the organisation led by Javier Tebas.

Once the documentation was reviewed, La Liga checked the economic data from Barcelona matched up and, seeing that it did, they were able to be registered. The members of the Department of Economic Control rigurously checked the records put forward by the club. Everything is in order and, as a result, both players are eligible to feature against Real Sociedad if Koeman deems necessary.

Barca announced this Saturday that Memphis, Eric Garcia and Rey Manaj were already registered thanks to Pique taking a significant wage cut. La Liga didn't take long to reply, reminding them that the documentation had to be reviewed before it was made official. Now this procedure has been completed, Barca can safely say that their players are registered with the league.
