However, something else is also catching people's eye. As 'AS' say, the main protagonist in Mallorca games is the penalty spot. There have been 14 penalty kicks in the 15 matches played so far.
Of them, six penalties have been in favour and eight have been against although the curious thing is that all of them came in eight matches. That is because some encounters had two or three penalties in them.
The islanders have only missed one of the six which was the first one. Abdon Prats sent the ball wide against Athletic Bilbao in matchday four and then Lago Junior (3), Salva Sevilla and Dani Rodriguez scored the others.
