Everton considering move for Samir Nasri

The 31 year old, who has won 43 caps for France in his career, is currently a free agent. He most recently played for Antalyaspor in Turkey, but is currently unattached after a doping ban.

Nasri got the ban after he had an intravenous treatment in Los Angeles. It was designed to be for hydration purposes only, but was found to contain banned micronutrient components.

However this expires next month and he will be free to train with clubs again from December.

Everton have started this season in a bright but inconsistent manner and it understood Marco Silva is looking to sign another playmaker to link up with other attackers such as Richarlison, Bernard and Gylfi Sigurdsson. 

Although he has, at times, flattered to deceive throughout his career, his talent is beyond question and he could certainly add something to the attack at Goodison Park.
