Espanyol sign Iturraspe
La Liga side Espanyol have announced the signing of midfielder Ander Iturraspe, who arrives on a free transfer after his contract at Athletic Bilbao expired this summer-
David Gallego has his second signing of the summer at Espanyol. After signing defender Bernardo, the Catalan side have announced the arrival of experienced midfielder Ander Iturraspe.
The 30 year-old has left Athletic Bilbao after spending his whole career there, playing over 300 times for the Basque side. He is certainly a player who will bring plenty of experience to Gallego's midfield as they look to compete in the Europa League as well this season.
He has signed for one season with an option for an additional year at the end, and has joined up with his new teammates at pre-season training today.
