The Ecuador international has decided to leave West Ham to join Mexican side Tigres.

The 27-year-old successfully passed a medical for Mexican side Tigres and will meet his new team-mates ahead of next season. West Ham had agreed a fee between £6m and £7m for the Ecuador forward.

He had been on loan last season at Everton, where he scored three goals in 21 appearances.

Valencia arrived in England after a very successful spell in Mexico's first division club Pachuca, where he scored 18 goals in 23 games.

During the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, scouts were impressed by his performances, where he scored three times for his country.
