Ousmane Dembele opened the scoring for France away to Kazakhstan with a powerful right footed shot. That was his third goal for the French side.

Dembele has a smile back on his face and he is performing on the pitch. The Frenchman has been putting in very good performances for Barcelona and Didier Deschamps called him up for the international break in March.

Against Kazakhstan, Dembele took 20 minutes to score after a good finish from inside the box after getting a pass from Martial.

Dembele controlled the ball and then fired home with a right foot shot which went into Mokin's far corner. He was unable to get a hand to the shot which went across him.

It was an important goal for Dembele because it is only the third he has got in 23 France appearances.

The goal was his first in a competitive fixture as the other two were in friendlies. The first was against England on 13th June 2017 while the other was versus Italy on 1st June 2018.
