The Portuguese re-found his goalscoring form in the league against Real Sociedad who offered up practically nothing by way of defence. Within half an hour 'Los Blancos' were already out of sight.

Ronaldo showed that he has come into form just at the right time with PSG coming to Madrid on Wednesday. The Madeira native scored twice in 10 minutes to kill off the game before half time.

The first came after some neat play between Marcelo and Marco Asensio, with the assist coming from the Brazilian.
