Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated his 36th birthday on social media and he sent a message to his followers. He promised his 100% while he is still playing although he knows that he is at the back end of his career.
Years go by and Cristiano Ronaldo is stIll performing at the top level. The Portuguese has once again hit top form at Juventus and he maintains record numbers. He did not reveal his secret, but he celebrated his birthday with his fans.
On social media, the Juventus footballer remembered all of his former clubs, he admitted that he still feels he is among the best players and while that lasts, he will keep on giving his all.
"36 years! Incredible... it seems like everything started yesterday, but this has been a journey full of adventures and stories to remember. The first ball, the first team, the first goal... Time flies. From Madeira to Lisbon, from Lisbon to Manchester, from Manchester to Madrid, from Madrid to Turin... all of them are in my heart," the Portuguese said about his former clubs.
"I always gave everything I could and I always tried to show my best version. On the other hand, I received your affection and admiration, presence and for all the support. And therefore, I will not be able to thank them enough, nothing would have happened without you," he added.
To finish, the '7' was realistic and sent a message to his followers: "I'm celebrating my birthday number 36 in my 20th year as a professional. I'm sorry, but I can't promise another 20. I can only promise that, while this continues, they will never receive less than 100% from my part. Thanks very much for the support and the messages.
