Antonio Conte has shown interest in moving ahead with plans to sign a PSG star and is prepared to sanction the transfer of Willian, for whom Chelsea are expecting to get around £30 million.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly willing to sell winger Lucas Moura, who has fallen down the pecking order after the arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar, and Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign the Brazilian.

The French giants are reported to have set a £27 million asking price and, according to '10 Sport', Chelsea have begun preparations to free funds in order to swoop in for the 25-year-old.

Antonio Conte has shown great interest in signing PSG's out-of-favour winger, and is considering flogging fellow Brazilian Willian, who has struggled for game time this season with Eden Hazard, Pedro and Alvaro Morata the preferred front three.

Lucas has come off the bench five times this season, totalling 71 minutes in the Ligue 1, and would reportedly welcome a switch to the reigning Premier League champions.
