Celtic were back in Scottish Premiership action, in the first official match of the 2020-21 season, with a 5-1 win against Hamilton Academical thanks to a Edouard hat-trick.

Odsonne Edouard became the main protagonist in Celtic's first win. The French striker scored the first goal of the season and scored a hat-trick in the win against Hamilton Academical.

Neil Lennon's men didn't suffer, who only took 20 minutes to celebrate the first of the six goals scored in the match. Edouard got the first goal of the match.

Hamilton reacted just after Jeremie Frimpong scored the Bhoys' second. Martin gave the visitors hope, but they were quickly brushed aside in the second half.

Edouard, the same as in the first half, found a route to Fulton's goal. Two more goals to score his second hat-trick for Celtic, the first in almost three years.

The placid afternoon for Celtic would be sealed by Klimala, who put the icing on the cake in the 90th minute.
