Edinson Cavani is getting closer to Atletico Madrid. The 'Matador' reportedly said "no" to Inter recently. His desire is to play in Spain.
And in Italy they believe that, to make room for Cavani, Atletico would agree to release Álvaro Morata. 'Tutottosport' says so.
The Italian newspaper opened its pages on Monday with Morata. "Return to Italy. Morata, to Inter", wrote 'Tutottosport'.
"With Cavani going to Atletico, the club is willing to give up the former 'bianconero' Morata to Inter," said the source.
Morata knows Italian football perfectly after his time at Juventus. Between 2014 and 2016, the striker was in the ranks of Juventus.
But until Atletico say otherwise, Morata's future lies with the Madrid club. In fact, Simeone is very aware of it and could be a starter against Atletico in the first match after the break by COVID-19.
