Carlo Ancelotti agrees deal to become Everton manager
It is understood that Carlo Ancelotti has reached an agreement to become the next manager of Everton Football Club, according to 'Sky Sports'.
Carlo Ancelotti is set to make his return to the Premier League, 8 years after leaving Chelsea, who he coached for two years (2009-2011), but this time, as the manager of Everton FC.
According to 'Sky Sports', he arrived to Liverpool early on Monday and the negotiations between him and Everton progressed well.
Confirmation of Ancelotti taking over as coach and suceeding Marco Silva could be announced before Wednesday's EFL Cup quarter final against Leicester, it is believed, although Duncan Ferguson will be in charge for this game, no matter what happens between now and then and he even said in a statement earlier that he would remain as part of the coaching staff when the new coach arrived.
Good news for a struggling Everton.
