Ansu Fati suffered a serious knee injury and Barcelona doubt his potential. In fact, there were many rumours about Bayern Munich's alleged interest in signing the striker but 'Bild' denied the rumours.

Ansu Fati has not been able to show the same performances as before he was injured. The striker suffered a knee injury and is now seeing his teammates get more playing time and a key role in the team.

The Spanish footballer also felt it with the Spanish national team as he was a key player for Luis Enrique but barely played in the World Cup in Qatar.

As a result, the Barcelona board reconsidered his continuity and there were many rumours of a possible interest from Bayern Munich. However, 'Bild' denied the rumours and explained that Ansu Fati is not on the German club's agenda.

Furthermore, journalist Christian Falk explained the situation on his Twitter account. The decision to continue or to look for a new destination is up to the player, but he only wants to continue to stand out in the Spanish team.

Otherwise, coach Xavi Hernandez is confident in Ansu Fati's recovery and knows he will play like he used to. The Catalan club have not said anything about it and would only consider his departure if a good offer came in.

Bayern Munich already showed their interest in another Barca player. The German side were interested in Pedri and were even willing to pay his buyout clause.
